Bam! Right again! Wake Up, Y'all!

This week has proven every word I have said about Trump and more. This post is for thinking people. For writing it, the Trump-ettes, goobers who belong to his cult, will simply declare me a member of “the Establishment”; as if they even know what that means. So you can relax, learn a bit and put aside the moronic drooling on social media. I’ll give you an example of the type of idiots I am speaking of.

Mailbag of Hate: Make America Great Edition

Dana Loesch pasted this on her site today. It explains PERFECTLY how ridiculous the public debate has become and how many people there are in this country, as stupid as Michael Wilkinson. “The right to question or criticize…?” Really?! Is this the kind of person we want to align ourselves with?

This has become the mindset of millions of people in this country. It is the reason we were stupid enough to elect BHO not once, but twice. It explains why a man who can’t express a single thought in an adult fashion, is now seen as a savior by people who think we elect the “boss of everybody” when we elect a president. This is the cost of NOT teaching civics in K thru 12 and real political theory in college. We now have two generations where the majority in each cohort is utterly ignorant of the true workings of our constitutional government. If you don’t believe me spend a little time in Watters’ World.

Since he announced last summer, I have been hoping against hope that Trump was playing rope the dope with his monosyllabic moron routine. I have said here repeatedly that I wanted to see him shift into gear, prepare for debates and appearances with more what he read on Twitter in the limo ride to the event. I wanted him to start constructing real argument instead of letting his goobers try pathetically to add nuance to what are clearly illogical or inaccurate statements.

I have given up hope. Today we have a couple of stories to chew on that would give you pause if you have two brain cells to rub together.  The first is a statement by Trump in a news conference where he was asked how he felt about the Healthcare mandate. His answer was classic Trump and vindicates everything I’ve ever said about the man.

“I like the mandate,” he says. “But we don’t want to see people dying in the streets.” Right out of the gate, I will say with complete confidence, at the time he was asked the question, he didn’t know what the mandate is. (Surely he is being educated right now and will later attempt to dial back his remark and say he’s against the mandate. He will make a hash of that as well. In any event, his cult followers will take to Twitter and “explain” what he means both times and will have two different stories to tell. That’s how cults work. You don’t question or challenge. You don’t even employ reason. You just keep reinventing truth for the cult and the leader.

And what of this “people dying in the streets” idiocy? The only people who die in the streets are the severely schizophrenic or those who have chemically destroyed their brains. They were here before Obamacare and will be here after (If there is an after – there won’t be with Trump. He doesn’t even know what the hell it is). But we don’t let people die in the streets. And they wouldn’t if we got rid of this intentionally failed program before the single-payer replacement kicks in.

Back to Dana. The tweet above was likely a reaction to the expose she broadcast last night, 2/18. You can find it here. But to see it, requires a subscription. (I effing hate that. I want them to make money, but I am a tightwad)

In her piece she annihilated DJT’s constant claim that he will be a good president because he surrounds himself with the best people. It is here Trump looks more foolish than he ever has before, but shows what the media – and they told Loesch this – are planning to unload with IN JULY. For the uninitiated, that is after the Republican convention. For the truly slow, that is after Trump might get the nomination. The media want him to get the nomination so they can then bury him with what Loesch addressed and much more.

Let’s explore that, shall we?

Here’s the most interesting thing about the cult goobers. 90% of them consider themselves Tea Party types, raging against the establishment. And DJT is their champion. Under no circumstances are you to ever mention his record. It disturbs the alternate reality they have established for themselves.

Well, speaking from the non-retarded wing of the Tea Party (I was at the first local meetings of the Fredericksburg Tea Party and at the biggest Tea Party rally ever in DC after Obamacare passed) your darling Donald has repeatedly funded candidates to defeat Tea Party challengers. This was done to specifically support the Democratic Party and what the Trump-ettes call the “Establishment”. That would be McConnell, Boehner (now Ryan), McCain, Cochran and the like. But the cult minions accept, without question, that Donald has always been a man of the people, especially conservative people. He did those things a long, long time ago: almost two years ago.

Now it seems Donny is quite dirty. I always wondered why a man worth billions would dress like a goombah and talk like Joe Pesci. Now we may know why. Citing information which can also be found here, Loesch identifies the great people with whom Trump surrounds himself. My, oh my! Russian and Italian mob, drug dealers, along with having his children lie about the value and progress of projects…for shame!

When the dirty little troll, Bagwan Shree Rashnish was controlling the lives of his cult followers, there was nothing you could say; no concrete fact you could provide to his rubes would sway their thinking about the man. It was frightening to watch their mental processes as they struggled to continue to believe the con, even as he paraded passed them in luxury Mercedes-Benz limos every day.

Donald is demonstrating what you can do with nonsensical messages in the high-tech world to achieve the same ends.

Being very good at FINANCING real estate projects FOR HIS OWN BENEFIT does not mark someone as strong presidential material. Even less so when the corruption surrounding that success starts to near the level of Clinton-esque corruption. It becomes embarrassing when the person in question CANNOT demonstrate the least understanding of even recent history.

And in case you are about to go on Facebook and embarrass yourself, the answer is no. The Daily Beast is not an organization in bed with Ted Cruz, as you can see here.

Two quick nuggets before I go. Trump constantly claims to have been against the Iraq war, he wasn’t. The Howard stern sound bite is floating around out there. You can find it. The claim, of course, is pure fiction. In what Trump and later, his cult followers thought was a stroke of pure genius, Donny made up the story to distance himself from the Bush name. This from the guy who says he cares about the vets. He is a standing insult to vets. He cares about Donald and only Donald.

I’ve been meaning to get around to the second one for a while now. Mr. Flock of Seagulls claims that if not for him, no one would be talking about illegal immigration. That fact is illegal immigration was never NOT a part of everyday politics. Unless you believe American political history started when Trump announced his presidential bid or you believe your slice of sunshine rises from Trump’s ass every morning, you’d know that.

A Love Letter to SC, et al. Dump the Cults! Part II

Until a few weeks ago, the standard-bearers of the conservative movement most often cited by the average conservative were Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Ted Cruz, sometimes Rand Paul, sometimes Bill O’Rielly. Certainly Rush and FOX News. The female darling of the right was, of course, Megyn Kelly.

Did you know that they are all either dupes of the RINOs or all in with the Republican establishment and false conservatives? For the record, Rush’s standing changes day-to-day now based on his show. Megyn is permanently hell bound because she asked a defenseless child tough questions.

The Merriam Webster online dictionary defines a cult as:

  • : a small religious group that is not part of a larger and more accepted religion and that has beliefs regarded by many people as extreme or dangerous

  • : a situation in which people admire and care about something or someone very much or too much. (emphasis mine)

  • : a small group of very devoted supporters or fans

I would assert that there are all kinds of cults from the silly and harmless (the teen heart throb) to the unhealthy or dangerous. The hall marks of the latter would be the level of lunacy the adherents are required to believe or voluntarily buy into. Another hallmark is the rejection of all ideas or individuals that disagree with or embarrass the group or the object to their credulous worship.

Talk about a cult movement! I was watching Trump bloviate about terrorism today. He claimed to be “the only one” to be watching and reading about Osama Bin Laden prior to 9/11.[1. Here, Trump pretends to think there weren’t millions of people far better read than he was on the subject, and thousands who spent every day tracking the guy down. He also overlooks the times Clinton had the bastard in his sights and let him walk instead of ordering him killed.]Trump’s claim about 9/11 was it wouldn’t have happened if her were president.  His evidence was “believe me” and “we would have found a way”. This is ALWAYS the extent of the evidence offered, along with “I built great companies” and “I made billions,” to every claim Trump blurts out.

His mindless adherents (and the media carrying him until the nomination process is over) are so blinded by devotion or eager to see him destroyed in the general election, they immediately start defining what Trump blurts out in ways he is incapable of articulating and likely never conceptualized. The hope is to try to make him look intelligent and forgive the fact that Trump confuses Twitter with real knowledge and experience.

What boggles the mind is the ease with which Trump roped in all of his loony followers. The least glance shows him to be a shallow, self-absorbed man who knows nothing of substance outside his occupation as a real estate developer. I have rarely come across a man of his stature less informed about the world around him and less able to relate on an adult level.

Even less impressive are his decision-making skills. This is the constant barometer against which he chooses to engage an opponent or the Republican party he intends to destroy: He’s nice to me. Or they are nice to me. If someone calls him out on his own record that person is labeled a “liar”, sometimes a “big liar”.  “Stupid” is a big rebuttal argument employed by the Donald. Sometimes he gets really complex and calls the opponent “boring” or cites poll numbers. And then there are the lawsuit threats, since his late adolescence, the Trump equivalent of I’ll tell my mommy on you.

Donald J. Trump is a testament to the gullibility of the “Reality” TV culture we have created. He has succeeded in garnering about 1/6 of the electorate. He won’t gain more. Fortunately, there aren’t many more people so stupid or that much interested in electing a clown as their king.

It is cold comfort to know that I had this guy’s number from the beginning. The fact is, if he loses the nomination, he will run a third-party bid. This is how he’ll justify it: The Republicans didn’t respect me. They are mean and stupid so I can ignore the pledge I made (That was all theater anyway). This will result in one of the possibilities he got into the race to accomplish. BJ Bill’s wife, friend of the Donald and crony capitalists everywhere, will be president. If he wins the nomination, as I have said here more than once, HRC or Sanders, or any other Democrat nominated will skewer him in debates. The “media” moderators will throw verbal bricks at him. Then they’ll actually hold him to account for his responses. He will be left standing on the stage looking pathetic and stupid. As I personally don’t dislike Trump, I would find this a very sad sight indeed. Hell, I don’t think I’d want to see anyone but Hillary made to look that foolish.

The long shot is he survives the primaries and gets elected. To those in the Trump cult that claim to be conservative: What kind of Supreme Court justices would he appoint? He has, until inconvenient, been a proponent of abortion on demand. He has actively supported the appointment of the last two justices. He believes in eminent domain, not the utilities and bridges kind, but the Kelo v New London kind, the ultimate crony capitalist/big government rip off.

What will his criteria be for an appointment? That guy was “nice to me”? This one won’t do because he disagreed with me on anything, and is therefore “mean” or “stupid”.

I have been saying since to the beginning that I hoped Trump was on the level and would actually start communicating like an adult. Sadly, we now know he is not. We now know that he is incapable of mature reason. But his cult may be large enough to make Clinton or much less likey, Trump himself president.

To South Carolina and the primary states to follow: Yesterday I addressed your liberal counterparts pointing out the farce and insult that is Hillary Clinton. I told them that she is a crony capitalist and a phony. I disagree with everything Sanders stands for. But I said that if they were to have a conscious with which to vote, they should abandon the Hillary cult.

Today, to my conservative readers, I say find the most grown up candidate to support and dump the Trump cult. Otherwise we’re likely to get schlonged in November. If this country slips any further into the present abyss, we may never recover.

Full disclosure, while I never endorsed a candidate, I believe the most adult and level-headed candidates are already out of the race. Despite that, I still believe that 5 of the 6 remaining candidates would make a far better president than Clinton or Sanders. Should Trump get the Republican nod, I would support him in the general election. To hope  that someone around him may be able to counter his remarkable ignorance would be a better bet than guaranteed socialism and inevitably, authoritarianism. Just by a hair’s breadth. It should be pointed out that electing someone with Trump’s childish ego risks authoritarian impulses almost as much as electing a socialist.

A Love Letter to SC, et al. Dump the Cults! Part I

If you have friends and people in your social network from South Carolina, Nevada or the SEC states, please send this to them. What follows needs to be said and no one is saying it.

Let me first address the black citizens of South Carolina and upcoming primary states.[1. Note I didn’t patronize you with the politically correct term “African-American”. Vanishingly few of you have ever been to Africa, much less been born there. And only a slightly larger number would know anything substantial about the continent. I used the term “black” because that is a more common term for individuals whose genetic code has provided them with a deeper skin tone than mine, for example. There, our differences end. And I am not going to use an “infantilizing” term to win you to my argument. I’ll let the argument stand on its own.] You are being played. I can see from man-on-the-street interviews that some are seeing through the deception, but I worry that many are not.

I have been listening to the Clinton campaign talking about their “Black firewall” in South Carolina. Really? Is this the same woman who invited the same husband to this campaign who last time wrote off SC because “afterall, they voted for Jesse Jackson'”? The same husband who excoriated Ted Kennedy’s support of Obama saying, “C’mon! Five years ago he’d have been serving us coffee!”? Bill Clinton’s mentors in politics are J. William Fulbright and Orval Faubus. Clinton’s words, not mine. If he has an interest in a black voter in the South it is what he can get from you.

While we are on the subject, would you leave your daughter alone in the same room with this candidate’s husband? Of course you wouldn’t. He doesn’t share your values. He has no respect for women. He couldn’t care less if come next Sunday, you all slid into a sink hole.

And of the candidate; what single action has she ever taken (other than just today meeting with a religious charlatan, who happens to share your skin tone, in New effing York) that has in any way impacted your life in a productive way? None, of course. Meeting the criminal tax dodger was a ham-handed stunt to make you think she’s your gal. Yes, she really does assume you are stupid.

In fact the most significant thing she has done, in an official capacity, was to make you and the country you live in less secure through criminal use of unsecure communications as Secretary of State. And she did this while soaking rich people, foreign politicians and foreign governments of money in exchange for influence. All this while she was supposed to be looking after our international standing as SecState. She has nothing to point to, while in office, other than the corruption and failure mentioned above.

As far as her interests in Carolina black folk are concerned, her interests have never run further south than the southern most office building on Wall Street.

For decades now, the Democratic party has built within itself a cult of ownership over the minority vote. Despite years of resistance to the first three Civil Rights Acts initiated by the Eisenhower administration, despite those only having passed by consistent and overwhelming Republican support, despite the fact that Johnson had to cash in all his political chips with Democrats to finally see it passed, they have held a rather substantial portion of the minority electorate. For decades, places where Democrats are the strongest, the people (especially minorities, most especially black Americans) are the least heeded and most bereft of success. But his year is unique.

I am not a fan of the term “social justice”. All societies have codes of justice.  I believe the only form of “social justice” is a society where all are permitted the dignity of self fulfillment and where the government gets the hell out of the way so that can happen.

But if you believe that social justice is having an ever-growing nanny state which lives your life for you and keeps you in a stigmatized bubble of dependency, then your candidate is Bernie Sanders. His thoughts on economics might be fatally flawed, but he represents himself truthfully. He is the real deal. Hillary is a heartless cypher who will say anything to be elected and works only for her own advantage. She can’t even fall back on an honorable, if flawed, set of personal standards. She has no standards.

So this year, leave the cult. Quit marching to their beat. Hell, don’t even march to mine, although I wish you would. Stand up and tell the cult leaders you are making your own decisions from now on.

HEY! Check out my kick-ass TV commercial!
